Project Goals

  1. Sprint-0/Planning/Current Sprint - scheduled to be complete Oct-04
  2. To start 1st dev/configuration/setup sprint - Oct-06
  3. 1st launch - (with minimum required functionalities so that new client can be launched on the platform - Mid-Dec

Priorities

  1. Absolute minimum for early launch would require - Events, Forms, Page Content Editing, Broadcast Email & Auto responder (as separate entity may be with some minimum integration, if possible) and some suitable themes to choose from(My guess is this can possibly achieved in Nov, but we will discuss the details).
  2. Next priority features will be Products (E-Commerce) and  Membership/(Learning) Management 
  3. Data Migration: Moving existing sites to new platform
  4. Campaign Workflow, Mobile, Affiliate marketing are the last priority items with Affiliate marketing being absolute last
